Welcome to L’vvyome. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of our jewelry pieces. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Company Information 

L’vvyome is a luxury fine jewelry brand registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

All transactions and services are governed by Indian law.

2. Products & Craftsmanship 

Each L’vvyome creation is handcrafted using natural gemstones and some cases hydro gemstones, gold, and diamonds. 

Gemstone Disclaimer :  As every gemstone is naturally unique, slight variations in color, texture, and inclusions are expected and enhance the authenticity of your jewelry. Each production lot may also exhibit subtle differences in gemstone shade and clarity compared to the images shown in product listings.. 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments can be made securely through the payment gateways available on our website. 

4. Shipping

We offer free insured shipping on all domestic orders almost across India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.

For international shipping, shipping cost & additional handling charges and duties may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility. 

5. Returns policy & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
• All returns must receive prior Return Authorization (RA) before the product is shipped back. L’VVYOME may request clear product images, videos, or a brief video call to verify the item’s condition prior to approving any return.
• Once a returned item is received in good condition and meets the criteria outlined in our Return Policy guidelines, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery approval. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider..
• If a return request is made after the 7-day return window and is approved at L’VVYOME’s discretion, the refund will be issued as store credit only. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issuance and is non-transferable.
• Please note that all custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable — all sales are final. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying the design details at the CAD design approval stage. Once a design is approved and an advance or full payment has been made, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please refer to our detailed Return & Exchange Policy below. 

6. Lifetime Warranty

Every L’vvyome piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover: 

• Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, or misuse
• Lost, broken, or chipped gemstones
• Shape distortion or resizing issues caused by third parties
• We are happy to offer paid repair services for such cases upon evaluation.

7. Intellectual Property Notice :

All designs, content, and materials on the L’VVYOME website are the exclusive property of L’VVYOME and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited, and violators will be subject to legal action and prosecution. 

8. Privacy & Data use :

Your personal data is kept strictly confidential and used solely to process your orders and enhance your shopping experience. Please note that certain information, including personal details and web browsing behavior, may be used internally to support marketing insights and to provide a more personalized service experience to our clients. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
